My primary teaching interests include organizational behavior, topics such as motivation, personality and organizational culture, human resources, change management, performance/rewards, and decision making.
Research Interests:
My primary research interests include cognitive psychological concepts such as perspective-taking/empathy, organizational development processes, and entrepreneurial case research.
