Statement of teaching and research interests:
Dr. Courson teaching and research interests center on organizational behavior in the public sector, with a focus on how leadership communication, ethical perception, and motivational dynamics influence employee morale and performance. Dr. Courson is particularly interested in exploring the intersection of constructivist, behavioral, and ethical theories to better understand and improve governance through effective management of human behavior.
