Dr. Yunseon Choi is an Associate Professor at ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ. She earned her PhD from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her research interests encompass diverse aspects of knowledge organization, including big data in social media, metadata, ontologies, and linked data. Her work has appeared in scholarly journals such as the Journal of the Association for Information Science and Technology (JASIS&T), The Library Quarterly, and Knowledge Organization, as well as in conference proceedings including the Association for Library and Information Science Education (ALISE) Annual Conference, the Association for Information Science and Technology (ASIS&T) Annual Meeting, the iConference: International Conference on Information, and the ACM/IEEE Joint Conference on Digital Libraries (JCDL). Dr. Choi has also served actively on professional committees within ALISE, ASIS&T, and the iConference.
