2026 USG Open Enrollment:

October 27-November 7

 

Open Enrollment is the only time each year benefits-eligible employees can change their benefit elections unless they experience a qualifying life event (such as marriage or the birth of a child). Changes go into effect the following January 1.

We are excited to announce the upcoming 2026 Open Enrollment beginning October 27, 2025, through November 7, 2025. This is your opportunity to make choices that will impact your benefits for 2026.  Please note that this is an Active Enrollment and requires employees who will be enrolled in a USG Medical Plan to elect their benefits and complete the tobacco and spouse surcharge certification. To provide you with all the necessary information and changes for 2026, the USG is offering online open enrollment sessions during open enrollment. We encourage you to participate in these sessions to ensure you have the most information regarding the 2026 changes and address any questions you may have.

This year, we are offering 5 interactive breakout sessions with representatives from Anthem, TRS, Acentra (EAP), Aflac, and the Tuition Assistance Program!  In these sessions, you will hear information on these benefits/programs and have an opportunity to engage in an open Q&A session.

  • Acentra- EAP Program Overview: 10:30AM-11:00AM
  • Anthem- Health Insurance Overview: 11:15AM-11:45AM
  • TRS-Navigate a Smooth Transition Into Retirement: 12:00PM-12:30PM
  • Aflac-Plan For Healthcare Bumps Ahead: 12:45PM -1:15PM
  • TAP- Learn About USG’s Tuition Assistance Program: 1:30PM-2:00PM
