SCHOOL OF NURSING

This scholarship is awarded to senior nursing majors based on academics and financial need (must have a FAFSA on file with the Office of Financial Aid).

Additional Requirements for all recipients (In addition to the criteria above)

  1. In good standing with the University.
  2. Recipient must participate in one Open House/Campus tour or recruitment event in the semester the award is received.
  3. Recipient must participate 10 hours of community service, including ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Open House, each semester the award is received:
    1. Partnership for Health
    2. Local food bank
    3. Homeless shelter
    4. Habitat for humanity
    5. Langdale Hospice House
    6. American Cancer Society
    7. Community soup kitchen
    8. Battered Women’s Organization
    9. Or any other agency as approved by the scholarship committee
